I don't really ask for much when it comes to ships. But these are my main things.
1) Don't Expect a Ship.
If you think your character and one of mine would be well together and you try to RP with them together so that they MAY end up with a realtionship please don't expect one. This doesn't mean that when you RP with me aiming for a relationship you won't get one, this just means that I want to see if there may be any future for the ship, but ships can go well pretty easily, as long as we-The Admins-get along, then our characters should be alright (Of course the OC's personalities matter too).
2) Roleplay, Roleplay, Roleplay.
This means that you have to be able to RP with me. All I mean here is that it's not always one liners. Roleplaying is 75% of the development of my characters relationships, and what they do privately is just, or more important than the art and what is publicly viewed. I'm not asking for pages or 5 paragraphs at a time. Check my RP rules for more info on this: RP Rules/Guidelines/Things to know
3) Compatibility
Ships are about the characters, not the admins. I'm going to use my Oc Marx as an example. Marx is a really shy person, she's very awkward and it takes time for her to open up to people. If your Oc was a loud-mouthed, boastful, tough, aggressive character, it would take longer for her to get used to the Oc and would take much longer to develop any feelings unlike an Oc that was very gentle, kind, and relaxed. The ability for the Oc's to interact with each other is a big part of it, but if you're willing to take the time to get to know my Oc, I will take the time and get to know yours as well.
Admin Compatibility
For us to have successful ship, we shouldn't fight a lot. Petty arguments can happen between friends sometimes, that's no big deal. But if we're rude to each other and we just don't get along I don't want to put any of my Oc's through a breakup due to that.
Equal Effort
As my last preference, I'd like to see us equally supporting the ship. One person in a ship should not be the only one putting up journals, art, etc. Being busy is a really understandable thing, and if you can't manage to do something for whatever reason I want you to know I'm completely cool with it. As long as we have some sort of communication about the ship and not just going long spans of time not talking to each other everything will be alright.

I'm actually pretty easy going with my ships, these are just kind of things I expect/desire out of one. I am really willing to give ships a try if I think they'll work out. I honestly love to RP, and I love finding love for my Oc's. Please go ahead and try to Rp with me, I honestly really want to Rp with you guys and get to know all of you.
